Our stay here was great! the room we got was spacious and had air-conditioning keeping us cool 😊.

Location: the hotel was really close to shops / restaurants, the beach and the village of shops/restaurants and the port. I had coffee at Dorling's Bakery, located within 10 minutes walk. Greatly enjoyed staying here, my room was exceptionally clean and had a fridge and air conditioner.

In my room, I had a fridge and air conditioning, which was pretty awesome. the view from my window was so lovely, I could just sit there and stare. the location here is top-notch, so convenient and close to everything - the pier, the beach, and the bustling center of the town. It's a really nice area to be in. 🌅

The location was amazing, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the family room came with air-conditioning; also, the airport was conveniently just 5 km away.

The setting was great and incredible, very close to the village of shops/restaurants and the lively center of Tortuguero. It was also next to the river. Hotel Sunset Rooms in Tortuguero was a fantastic choice for sightseeing. the setting of the hotel was amazing, positioned right by the vibrant village with its shops and restaurants, and just next to the river. We had a lot of fun during our stay here.

Located by the river and in the lively center of this small village, this tropical hotel had a big fridge and AC that worked perfectly. The staff was welcoming, accommodating, and helped me with transportation to and from the hotel. The hotel had a bar with great happy hour drinks to enjoy while watching the sunset.

The hotel had a great bar with fantastic cocktails. It was conveniently located near the main strip and had easy access to transportation. the owner was very welcoming and accommodating.

The mattresses were uncomfortable and the sheets were not clean. there was excessive noise from the staff who stayed at the hotel and drank alcohol after their work day.

For the price, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail was impressive, with the owner going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. I particularly appreciated the fact that she had a guide waiting for us at the parking area, making our arrival hassle-free. The rooms, equipped with air-conditioning, were clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, with beautiful views of the river right outside the hotel. Additionally, the breakfast served was delicious and satisfying.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We got great value for our money at Sunset Rooms. The room was clean, spacious, and had a lovely view of the lake. The location was fantastic, right by the river, and the staff treated us with friendliness and helpfulness, making our stay enjoyable.

Menu for breakfast could be improved with more variety or options.

Our hotel was situated in the lively center close to a variety of restaurants, markets, and beaches. We loved being on the river and could even watch the sunset while sipping cocktails.

Regrettably, there were some noisy disturbances at night which made it challenging to sleep soundly.

The friendly owner at Sunset Rooms was incredibly helpful during our stay. Despite the language barrier, she provided us with valuable information about the town and even arranged transportation for us. We felt welcomed and taken care of throughout our visit.

One drawback we experienced was the size of the room. Although it looked spacious in the pictures, it turned out to be quite small, especially with the large bed taking up most of the space.
